It will take 7-10 business days for processing before your order ships unless otherwise noted on the specific item’s page. All orders placed over the weekend, or on holidays, will not be processed until the next business day.
All orders are sent via USPS. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at the time of purchase. We hold the right to refuse to ship to an address.
DOMESTIC ORDERS |
Orders are posted via USPS Priority Mail and take 2-3 business days. The orders include a tracking number and insurance. You can follow your package with the tracking information given with your shipping confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS |
Orders are posted via USPS First Class International. Please contact us if you require a faster shipping method.
Your order should arrive 1 to 3 weeks after we ship it. We appreciate your patience. We are no longer able to track an order once it makes it past customs. You should receive a custom’s number via email when you are notified that your package has been shipped. Use this number to assist you with tracking down your package once it has been sent.
Some countries may charge import duties or other random fees. Customs fees, duties, & taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Sorry, we have no control over this and it’s your responsibility to pay for any fees. We value your package at the accurate amount you paid for the item through our website.
LOST PACKAGES |
‘Dani Barbe’ is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address.
Pieces over $100 are always insured. Please contact us if something has gone awry so that we can work with the insurance provider to resolve the issue. As per the insurance, we cannot take action on “missing” items until at least 45 days have passed.
Every item arrives beautifully packaged. If you’d like us to include a little note to the gift recipient, just let us know in the “additional comments” section at checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES |
All jewelry is made to order, therefore, goods sold are non-refundable and not exchangeable. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, a claim must be filed with the carrier. If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 7 days. We quality check every piece before it is shipped out, but there is always human error. If this happens to be the case, please send us an email to email@example.com. We want you to be happy & we will make it right!
