Processing times

Each jewelry piece has a processing time displayed on the product page. Please double check this before ordering.

Need it fast? Check out the Ready to Ship Collection. or the Insiders Sale Collection.

These pieces ship within 1-3 business days.

The processing time for made-to-order pieces is currently 2-3 weeks weeks + the additional shipping time that your package is in transit. Custom jewelry, when available, takes approximately 6 weeks. However, we do try to ship orders sooner whenever possible!

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada at this time.

If you need an item sooner than listed, please feel free to contact us before purchasing to see if it's available.

Shipping and Packaging

Free standard shipping is offered on U.S. orders. Shipping upgrades are offered as well. Feel free to add the items to your shopping cart to view accurate rates!

For Canadian customers - Additional duties and custom fees may be charged at delivery. If you're unsure if your government charges customs fees, please contact your local post office prior to ordering. We're not responsible for customs delays, and don't reimburse shipping fees due to customs delays.

Please check with your neighbors and your local post office. Most "missing" packages do turn up within 1-3 business days. We recommend quickly filing a search request online with USPS if there is an issue with your package delivery. Let us know if you need help!

Prior to shipment, we're able to update shipping addresses. Unfortunately, we're unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped. Please make sure to supply a correct shipping address at checkout. If we receive the package back, we will contact you at the email address provided in order to arrange reshipment.

All jewelry pieces are packaged in a Dani Barbe jewelry box. If you purchase multiple pieces, they may be combined in one box to minimize waste. You can let us know at checkout if you'd like separate boxes!

After placing your order, you'll also be given the option to add additional gift wrap.

Of course! Just add your note in the comments section at checkout. It will be handwritten, so please keep it short & sweet!

The Ring Sizing page has some tips on finding your perfect size!

The raw crystal ring styles in particular do fit snug, due to the hand formed & uniquely shaped bands. Please allow for a .25 to .5 variance in these styles. We recommend sizing up in these rings if between sizes or an exact size.

We do allow an easy exchange if you did happen to order one of the standard rings in the wrong size.

We don't currently offer resizing services, but we do offer easy exchanges if you need a different size in one of our standard styles. We're happy to exchange your ring within our listed exchange timeframe.

The raw crystal rings have hand-formed plated bands with heat-sensitive raw stones, and they cannot be resized. It may damage the stones or plating.

We use genuine gemstones for all of the designs.

Items purchased on danibarbe.com have a 60 day warranty. We offer to repair items for free, and even re-plate your items for free within the first 60 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, as much as we'd love to meet you, the studio is not set up as a showroom and we can't accommodate visitors.

In order to quickly process all orders and continue offering free & fast shipping, we're unable to take photos of exact items prior to purchase or shipment.
