Shipping and Returns
Happy Holidays! Here's everything you need to know about shipping and returns during this busy holiday season.
CURRENT LEAD TIMES
Orders currently ship in 1 business day.
If items are out of stock, or have a longer ship time, this will be indicated on the listing page or in the drop-down menu for select ring sizes!

Lead times are 3-7 business days, unless otherwise indicated.
Please reference these processing times and then choose the best shipping option at checkout.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing time the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
USPS Standard Ground: This option is free and will arrive in 3-5 business days. It is not insured. Please select a different shipping option if you'd like to include insurance should your package go missing.
USPS Priority: Will arrive in 1-3 business days
USPS Expedited: Will arrive in 1-2 business days
For in stock items. If it isn't in stock, this will be indicated on the item page.
Standard Ground (free shipping): Place order by December 17 by noon EST
Priority Mail 1-3 Day: Place order by December 19 by noon EST
Expedited: Place order by December 21 by noon EST
*This is excluding any mail carrier delays that are out of our control. Please note that we cannot guarantee deliveries.
We recommend purchasing by December 5, although you are welcome to select a faster shipping method. We cannot guarantee international deliveries, as we do not have control over customs processing times.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For purchases made from 11/23 - 12/24, we have extended our policy to allow for holiday gifting. Otherwise, our standard 14 day return/exchange window applies.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, or is altered in any way, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Contact us by January 7 to facilitate an exchange. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Item being exchanged must be of similar style and value. Ship item back by January 9.
*We will be conducting inventory and releasing new products after January 9th and are unable to facilitate any any exchanges after this date.
If item was purchased during a sale promotion or our Buy More Save More sale, the refunded price will be adjusted to reflect any change in value.
