The #1 Question: When will it ship?
On every product page, as you select the metal, and a ring size if applicable, you'll see a section come up under the green "add to cart" button with the current stock and shipping timeframes. Here's a screenshot for you:
This will tell you if an item is ready to ship out, or if it will be made-to-order just for you.
Ready to Ship
In stock pieces ship in 1-3 business days. We're here shipping orders every day during the holiday season!
Made to Order
Our processing time for made-to-order pieces is 2-3 weeks during the holiday season. This does NOT include time in transit once shipped.
If you'd like holiday delivery, with free standard shipping, we'd suggest purchasing made-to-order pieces by November 28th. You're welcome to continue purchasing made-to-order pieces after this date, but they may not make it in time for holiday delivery.
USPS Deadlines For Christmas Eve Delivery
These dates are recommended by USPS, and apply to ready to ship pieces only. Delivery dates are not guaranteed! Thank you for your understanding.
Ground Advantage (Free!) Standard Shipping: Order by December 15th by noon MT
Priority: Order by December 18th by noon MT
Priority Mail Express: Order by December 19th by noon MT

U.S. Shipping Information
Standard shipping is free! Additional shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Please note that shipping upgrades do not affect our processing time.
Shipping times are considered estimates. We do not guarantee arrival dates for packages.
The postal service is currently experiencing delays. Please order with plenty of additional time. Unfortunately we cannot control the length of time it takes for your package to be delivered, and we do not reimburse shipping fees.
All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada only.
For our Canadian customers
We do not have control over customs processing times. Please order with plenty of time in case of customs delays!
Additional duties and custom fees may be charged at delivery by the importing government. If you're unsure if your government charges customs fees, please contact your local post office prior to ordering. We do not reimburse shipping fees due to customs delays.
If the package is currently in your country, or appears to be stuck at a custom hub, please contact your local post office with the tracking information.
