Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery of the package. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase and you have not contacted us to ship the item back and postmarked your return package by this date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be shipped in the original packaging

We require a receipt or proof of purchase from danibarbe.com to complete your return.

We do not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges.

Sale and Custom Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale and custom items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or resized.

This includes:

  • Limited edition items

  • Limited edition silver jewelry

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If your refund hasn’t posted, please contact your bank.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before a refund is officially posted

  3. Contact your bank — processing time can vary

Resizing
As the rings have hand-formed, plated bands with heat-sensitive raw stones, they cannot be resized.

Please allow for a 0.25 size variance due to the hand-formed and heavily plated nature of the ring bands. If you are an exact size or between sizes, you may wish to size up.

Damaged or Defective Items
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to report a damaged or defective item.

The jewelry piece must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Unworn

  • Shipped at the customer’s expense

Right to Refuse Service
If we notice that you have an unusually high return rate on your account, or are purchasing to resell, we may deactivate your account or cancel orders at our discretion.

Shipping Returns or Exchanges
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Use USPS only — the return address is a secure PO Box. UPS and other carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes and may return the package to sender.

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
