Extended Holiday Exchange Policy
To make gifting easy, we’ve extended our exchange policy for the holidays!

For any standard item purchased between November 6 – December 21, 2025, you may exchange your unworn item for another item of equal or greater value until January 5, 2026.
Please contact us before January 5th and mail the item back by that date.
If you purchased after December 21, our standard 14-day exchange policy still applies.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, or is altered in any way, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Applies to standard items only. Excludes custom jewelry, solid 14k gold, limited edition silver, and Insiders-Only Sale items.
Returns
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.* We do not accept unauthorized returns.
If it's past 14 days, the item is no longer eligible for return.
All returns must be shipped via USPS only. The return address provided is a secure PO Box at the Post Office. UPS and other carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes, and packages sent through them may be returned to sender.

Please note that once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
