Return & Exchange Policy

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.* We do not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges.

If it's past 14 days, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

All returns must be shipped via USPS only. The return address provided is a secure PO Box at the Post Office. UPS and other carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes, please check with your chosen carrier before shipping.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, or is altered in any way, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

*Silver plated jewelry during limited edition preorder
*Solid Gold Fine Jewelry
*Insiders-Only Sale items

 

Cancellations

Please note that once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
