Shipping and Processing Times
★ Please note that due to issues with USPS and international mail carriers caused by the pandemic, we cannot guarantee or control the length of time it takes for your package to be delivered. We can quote the date your order will ship from our studio, but cannot quote or guarantee delivery dates.
PROCESSING TIMES - MADE TO ORDER:
Our processing time for made-to-order pieces is 3-4 weeks (as of 11/4) + the additional shipping time that your package is in transit. However, we're trying to ship orders sooner whenever possible!

U.S. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Standard shipping is free. Additional shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Please note that shipping upgrades do not affect our processing time.
Shipping times are considered estimates. We do not guarantee arrival dates for packages.
The postal service is currently experiencing delays. Please order with plenty of additional time. We do not reimburse shipping fees.
All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada only.
For our Canadian customers -
We do not have control over customs processing times. Please order with plenty of time in case of customs delays!
Additional duties and custom fees may be charged at delivery by the importing government. If you are unsure if your government charges customs fees, please contact your local post office prior to ordering. We do not reimburse shipping fees due to customs delays.
If the package is currently in your country, or appears to be stuck at a custom hub, please contact your local post office with the tracking information.
We can help file an international insurance claim 40 days after shipment. The package is not considered lost or delayed until 40 days after shipment.
