Shipping Policy

We offer both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces. Processing times vary depending on the item and size selected.

  • Ready-to-ship items typically leave the studio in 1–3 business days

  • Made-to-order items (including some ring sizes) take 2–3 weeks to produce before shipping

  • Processing times are listed on each product page

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Free U.S. shipping is sent via USPS First Class

  • Upgraded options (Priority, UPS, etc.) are available at checkout

  • We ship to both the U.S. and Canada

  • Canadian orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees at delivery

Tracking & Delivery

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships

  • Shipping upgrades affect transit time only — not processing time
